The continuous creation of our future occurs through our thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and perceptions in each passing moment.
The morning meditation aids in entering a coherent state of alpha or theta brainwaves, making the mind more receptive to suggestions. During the evening meditation, the focus is on embracing the present moment and dwelling in the expansiveness of quantum space.
