Reprogramming your Self is an application designed for daily use to break free from the cycle of repeating past behaviors and actively shape a new state of being, consequently influencing a fresh future. The continuous creation of our future occurs through our thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and perceptions in each passing moment.
The morning meditation aids in entering a coherent state of alpha or theta brainwaves, making the mind more receptive to suggestions. Through this practice of creating mental space, the brain naturally recalibrates itself, allowing you to intentionally align your new sense of self towards the day ahead.
During the evening meditation, the focus is on embracing the present moment and dwelling in the expansiveness of quantum space. Taking on the role of an observer, you let the day unfold as you engage with the infinite possibilities surrounding you, thus shaping your upcoming day and ultimately your future.
Utilize these meditations to reshape your beliefs and perceptions, guiding you towards a new way of being by combining clear intentions with heightened emotions. The application offers a variety of tools to help you concentrate on specific objectives and adjust your mindset accordingly.
